Registration & Tickets

Q: How do I register?

A: You can register online at HERE. Confirmation is sent by email immediately after purchase.

Q: Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

A: Yes. Please email lcjenanetwork@gmail.com with the new attendee’s details.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: Full refunds are available until February 1. After that, tickets are non-refundable but transferable.

Conference Logistics: Lodging & Travel

Q: Where is the conference held?

A: The venue is the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina, 4000 Summit Blvd NE, Atlanta, GA 30319.

Q: How do I book a room at the Hyatt with the discounted conference rate?

A: You can book your room HERE at the conference rate of 159.00 per night.

***Note: It will seem like this link takes you to the hotel’s main page. This is ok. When you select the dates of the conference to book, the conference rate will appear.*** If you need assistance or have any questions about booking, please contact the hotel's central reservation line at 1-888-591-1234, and let them know you are with the LCJE-NA conference.

Q: What time should I arrive?

A: You can arrive anytime on Sunday, February 22nd. Registration opens at 3pm in the hospitality suite, which will be open all evening for refreshments and fellowship (AKA nosh and schmoozing). The first session begins early Monday morning.

Q: What is the public transportation like?

A: The MARTA train is available from the airport - see the train schedule HERE. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the North Springs MARTA stop (red line). On Sunday, a shuttle will be available upon request from North Springs to the hotel. If you would like to take advantage of this, please contact lcjenanetwork@gmail.com with the subject line “HOTEL SHUTTLE” to let us know your estimated arrival time. Ridesharing services like Uber or Lyft are readily available as well.

Q: Is there parking onsite?

A: Yes, a parking deck is available onsite, free of charge for hotel guests. It is available for day visitors for a fee.

Accessibility & Special Needs

Q: Is the venue accessible?

A: Yes, the venue has wheelchair access, accessible restrooms, and priority seating.

Q: How do I request accommodations (dietary, accessibility, etc.)?

A: You can indicate your needs during registration, or email us at lcjenanetwork@gmail.com

Program & Sessions

Q: When will the agenda be available?

A: The agenda will be posted to the website by the end of October.

Q: Can I attend any session I want?

A: Yes, with a regular registration – Day passes are for locals only. If you have to leave early or arrive late, there is no prorated registration

Q: Will the sessions be recorded?

A: No, there is not a plan to record sessions at this time. If you desire to record a particular session, you should check in with the presenter before doing so.

Q: Will food be provided?

A: Yes, coffee breaks are provided each day, lunch is included on Monday and Tuesday, and a banquet dinner on Wednesday evening. Please indicate dietary restrictions during registration.

Q: Is there Wi-Fi at the venue?

A: Yes, free Wi-Fi is available. Login details will be provided onsite.
