Registration & Tickets

Q: How do I register?

A: You can register online at HERE. Confirmation is sent by email immediately after purchase.

Q: Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

A: Yes. Please email lcjenanetwork@gmail.com with the new attendee’s details.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: Full refunds are available until February 1. After that, tickets are non-refundable but transferable.

Conference Logistics

Q: Where is the conference held?

A: The venue is the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina, 4000 Summit Blvd NE, Atlanta, GA 30319.

Q: What time should I arrive? – When should I come, When should I leave --  pre-game

A: Registration opens at [time], and the first session begins at [time].

Q: What is the public transportation like?

A: The MARTA train is available from the airport - see the train schedule HERE. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the North Springs MARTA stop (red line). On Sunday, a shuttle will be available upon request from North Springs to the hotel. If you would like to take advantage of this, please contact lcjenanetwork@gmail.com with the subject line “HOTEL SHUTTLE” to let us know your estimated arrival time.

Q: Is there parking onsite?

A: Yes, a parking deck is available onsite, free of charge, if you are a hotel guest. It is available for a fee for day visitors.

Accessibility & Special Needs

·       Q: Is the venue accessible?

A: Yes, the venue has wheelchair access, accessible restrooms, and priority seating.

·       Q: How do I request accommodations (dietary, accessibility, etc.)?

A: You can indicate your needs during registration or email us at [support email].

Program & Sessions

·       Q: When will the agenda be available? – check back in October

A: The agenda will be posted on [website link] and emailed to all attendees by [date].

·       Q: Can I attend any session I want?

A: Yes, with a full ticket – Day passes are for locals only, if you have to leave early or arrive late, there is no prorated registration

·       Q: Will the sessions be recorded?

A: No, there is not a plan to record sessions at this time.

Travel & Lodging

·       Q: Where are we staying?

A: Yes, we’ve partnered with [hotel name] for discounted rates. Booking link: [link].

·       Q: Will food be provided?

A: Yes, coffee breaks and lunch are included. Please indicate dietary restrictions during registration.

A: Yes, free Wi-Fi is available. Login details will be provided onsite.
